How to have the data Winlab holds about you deleted, what is erased and what is kept.
In Winlab, open My content from the sidebar. Next to the connected account, open the “Manage this account” menu, choose “Disconnect this account…”, then confirm with “Disconnect”. The member who connected the account can always do this, as can any member with editing rights; otherwise, ask the workspace owner or write to us.
Deleted immediately: the connection, its encrypted tokens, your follower curve and your online hours. For TikTok, we also ask TikTok to revoke Winlab's access. The videos of your scheduled posts are kept 30 days after the disconnection, or after your last change if it is later, so they can go out if you reconnect the account, then deleted.
Kept 30 days, then deleted: your posts and their private statistics (per-post statistics, daily view counts), the reduced cover images and the account reports built with them — so that you find them again if you reconnect the same account. Kept for good: your public videos in our public index, your documents, scripts and Studio conversations. Write to us to have them deleted too.
You can also remove Winlab from Instagram (Settings › Apps and websites) or from TikTok: Instagram then notifies us and we treat it like a disconnection in Winlab — tokens and follower curve deleted immediately, post statistics 30 days later. To delete everything at once, use Instagram's data deletion request from the same screen: we then delete the connection, the posts, their statistics, the cover images and the account reports built with them immediately, and give you a confirmation code. For TikTok, our access stops working and the same data is deleted 90 days later — or at once if you delete your account or write to us.
My contentA manager of your organization can delete a workspace from Settings › Workspaces › “Manage workspace”, with “Delete this workspace”, unless it is the organization’s only one. Everything inside it is deleted, including its connected accounts and their statistics.
WorkspacesDelete it yourself in Winlab: open Settings › Profile, type your email under “Delete your account” and confirm. Deletion is immediate. If you own an organization that has other members, Winlab cannot delete your account from there: email hello@winlab.app from the address you signed up with instead. That address works in every case: we act on your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted: your account and your workspaces with everything in them — connected accounts and their statistics, documents, conversations, voice settings, account reports and the internal history of your credits. What is kept: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your invoices, which remain with Stripe, our payment provider, for the period required by law; and our public index of creators, which does not depend on your account.
For any other request — a specific piece of data, a copy of your data, or if you cannot sign in — write to hello@winlab.app, from your account’s address if you have one, and say what you want deleted. We act on your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
If your Facebook or Instagram Page appears among the ads from the Meta Ad Library, or your public account is in our index, write to hello@winlab.app with the link or handle concerned. For an advertiser, we exclude the Page from future collection and erase the ad texts, link titles, declared audiences, reach breakdowns, rankings, reduced ad visuals and Page name we stored. For a creator, we stop collecting the account, hide it from the product and erase the competitive-monitoring and raw collected data about it. In both cases we keep a minimal record so that the objection lasts.
