Terms of use

Winlab helps short-form video creators see what already works in their niche, understand why, and write original content: an explorer of public videos and ads, video analyses, the Studio to write with AI, documents, and the optional connection of an Instagram or TikTok account to follow your own statistics and publish the posts you schedule. Features may evolve.

Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at hello@winlab.app if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and in the workspaces you manage, including the members you invite.

Some features require a paid plan or credits. What each plan includes, and its price, are shown on the Plans & credits page when you subscribe. Payments are handled by Stripe; you manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings, through Stripe’s customer portal. Credits are debited when a paid action completes; an action that fails is not charged.

Do not use Winlab to break the law or infringe the rights of others, to harass or impersonate anyone, to republish other creators’ content as your own, to extract data from the service in bulk, to get around its limits or its security, or to resell access to it. We may limit or suspend an account that does.

Scripts, analyses and suggestions are produced by AI models from third-party providers. They can be wrong or incomplete, or resemble existing content. Review them before you publish: you are responsible for what you publish and for making sure it respects the law and the rights of others — including those of the creators whose videos or ads inspired it.

Winlab works with public content from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook (Meta) and YouTube, and lets you connect an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account. Your use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. By using Winlab’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). Winlab is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Meta or Google. Features that depend on their services may change or stop if they change their rules. When you allow it, Winlab posts on your connected accounts only what you schedule, at the time you choose.

Winlab — its software, design and brand — belongs to AwesomeApps. What you write in Winlab and what you generate with it are yours; you grant us only the rights needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. Videos, ads and profiles shown in Winlab belong to their authors: they are shown for analysis and inspiration, not for reuse.

We work to keep Winlab available and its data accurate, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted service, error-free data, or any result in views, followers or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, nor your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Winlab at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@winlab.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you, except in urgent cases. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy, except what the law requires us to keep.

We may update these terms. The date at the top gives the latest version; if a change significantly affects you, we will tell you before it applies.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the Tribunal judiciaire de Créteil has jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules that let a consumer bring the case before another court.
